For all wholesale projects, we will need a PNG file at the print size needed with a transparent background. We don't have an art department to handle other file types. Please let us know if this will be an issue for you and we will work together to find you a designer who can help.

To be able to quote your project we will need to know these specifics;

1. What garment or item does it need to be printed on? If you have manufacturer details like a Part number, please share!
2. Who will be providing the printable item? We are happy to source and it typically works better that way, but we will accept customer-provided items as long as they are over 75% cotton content and have a smooth printable surface. Note that any customer-supplied items could potentially have a 5% (Or more on smaller quantities) spoilage rate and we are not responsible for replacing those.
3. Color of the printable item. Anything that is not a white base blank might need to have a white under base printed so we will quote it accordingly.
4. Quantities and Sizes needed. Please make sure to share both details as we do need to know sizes too.
5. When do you or your customer need these items in hand by? This will help us determine the production and shipping speed needed if we are able to meet those deadlines.
6. Any other special notes or details that can better help us give you the best quote possible. Where we have to guess or make assumptions we always err on the side of being conservative, so the more details the sharpen we can make the pencil.

When you upload a design to us, you are agreeing to the following terms:
